I wanted to reach out to you with a follow up letter regarding the detail by your folks on my car. Jordan and Willie did a great job. The hand wax was absolutely beautiful. I also appreciated the bag Jordan handed me after the detail with the missing lipsticks and my marriage license he found under my seats. Generally any items under the seat land in the seat. It was apparent that they paid attention to all of the detail. Also, I really appreciated Willie telling me that my car didn't need to be buffed, the paint was in great shape and he didn't think it was necessary. He could have just charged me and moved on.

I am writing this letter to pass on my great satisfaction with the service and follow up provided by Sparkle Mobile Detailing service. Dana was great setting up my appointment and Willie and Jordan came and set up their equipment and detailed my Lexus convertible, they were so professional and respectful of my property. The car is so bright and shiny I hardly recognize it. They also called a few days later to see if I was satisfied with their service and when might they call for my next service.
